Windsure Adventure Watersports has been part of the Vancouver beach scene since 1977, when our founder rolled up to Jericho with a few windsurf boards and a dream. We were Western’s Canada’s first and currently only windsurfing school - and now a go-to hub for windsurfing, paddleboarding, skimboarding, wing surfing, and wing foiling in Vancouver.
Working at Windsure is a mix of hard work, sunny skies, salty air, and seriously good times. If you’re passionate about watersports and want to spend your summer outside with an amazing team, we’d love to hear from you.

The following certifications are required of all staff:
- Standard First Aid OFA Level 1 with CPR & AED or Equivalent
- Pleasure Craft Operating Card
- Valid Criminal Record check (if working in Summer Camp positions)
- For SUP Instructors: Paddle Canada Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Any additional certifications such as NLS (lifeguarding), WSI (water safety instructor), advanced first aid, etc are welcome.

We are always open meeting people who share our passions for an active, outdoor lifestyle and the sports of windsurfing, skimboarding and stand up paddling. Positions begin in May, June or July (staggered, as our season becomes busier) and continue throughout the summer until the end of September.
