Programs run rain or shine and will only be rescheduled based on potentially dangerous wind or weather conditions. For lesson programs, a full refund is applicable to all cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to the program start date. Program rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the program start time. For summer camp programs, a full refund or a date change is applicable to all cancellations received more than three weeks prior to the program start date.

Within the three week period, date changes are not possible, but refunds and credits are available for extenuating circumstances (ie. illness, injury, etc.). Rental bookings can be changed or refunded up to 4 hours before the booking time. All season's passes and rental passes are non-refundable.
