One week long camp recommended for children
ages 7 and up of all abilities. Bring a bathing
suit or board shorts, towel and lunch.
First-time and beginner skimboarders will
learn the proper technique of "throwing" the
board and skimming across the sand, and can
even be introduced to basic maneuvers such
as "180's" and "shuvits." Intermediate riders
will learn an assortment of flatland maneuvers
and transitioning from the sand into the water.
Advanced riders can go even further by learning
advanced flatland maneuvers, small wave riding,
aerial maneuvers, and even riding rails.
Our staff is certified windsurfing instructors
and snowboard coaches, with a passion for
skimboarding and the experience needed to
create a safe, fun, and effective learning
environment. This program is suited for anyone
with a desire to have fun and try something
new, as well as the seasoned skimboard extradonaire.

Skimboard Camp: Cost: $149.00
Includes: Skimboard. Available facilities
include changing rooms, showers, lockers,
lecture rooms, and a restaurant serving hot
and cold meals.

Full Day Combo
Camps
Pick one of windsurfing or skimboarding, then
one of sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, or
skimboarding. Learn one mornings and the other
afternoons all within the same week. In conjunction
with Mac Sailing and Ecomarine Ocean Kayak
Center.

Adult Skimboard
Program
Learn the basic techniques from a skimboarding
instructor in a safe and friendly learning
environment. Intended for adults who are interested
in trying something new or have an affinity
to boardsports such as snowboarding or skateboarding.
Rental equipment included - 2 hour lesson.
Cost: $49.00 minimum group of 3 students.
This two day, 6 hour program is intended for
experienced skimboarders (intermediate and
above) who are interested in freestyle skimboarding.
Rails, ramps, flatland and aerial maneuvers
are the focus. 3 hours per day for two days.
(Note to office: minimum of 3 bookings, or
students, to run camp)
Cost: $99.00
2 Hour lesson intended for teens who want
to learn to skimboard in a friendly group
environment. Something to offer all levels
of skimboarders.
Cost: $39.00 minimum group of 3
students.
