CONDITION OF CARRIAGE The passholder agrees to use the Windsure facilities at his/her own risk. The pass holder agrees that the Windsure and/or its employees shall not be liable for any loss, property damage, or personal injuries sustained by any cause whatsoever, including negligence of Windsure or its employees. The pass is not transferable. The pass is not refundable. In the event of misconduct or non-observation of safety regulations of Windusre on the part of the passholder or if any person is found to be using the pass who is not the holder thereof, this pass will be subject to suspension or cancellation without refund. Windsure reserves the right to refuse admission to its facilities. In case of loss of the pass, the passholder must notify the company immediately. A re-processing fee of $10.00 is charged for lost passes. The season starts May 1st and finishes on Labour Day Weekend. A Jericho Sailing Center Association membership is not included in the price of a season's pass. A JSCA membership must be purchased through Windsure. A rescue fee of $20.00 is charged if you need to be rescued by Windsure's staff.

We are a full-service facility and would love to host your next staff party. We can provide the BBQ and refreshments (if we can drag you off the water) or arrangements can be made with The Galley (fully licensed) restaurant. We can tailor a program specially for your company.

Location

The Jericho Sailing Centre is located past the Vancouver Hostel at the foot of Discovery Street in Jericho Park West. As you enter the building our office is located on the ground level to the left hand side.
